Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 50g white chocolate
  • 100g peanut butter
  • 50g heavy cream

 

Instructions

*Line your mold or tray with parchment paper in advance.

*Prepare a kitchen thermometer.

 

1. Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and heat over low to medium heat.

Stir continuously with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until the mixture begins to melt evenly.

2. Keep stirring and heat until the mixture reaches 112°C (234°F), being careful not to stop stirring.

3. Once it hits 112°C, pour it into the lined mold. Let it cool slightly at room temperature, then chill in the fridge until fully set.

4. Cut into your favorite shape and enjoy!
